I can’t forget the first time I was attack by my anxiety; it’s the most terrible incident I experience in my entire life. At first I’m not aware that I’m experiencing anxiety attack until I remember what my friend says about her anxiety issue “You will never know when this anxiety attacks you. It was the most dreadful feeling ever. You can’t breathe. Your heart start to pump uncontrollably and you’ll perspire more than normal”. It hits me, I’m experiencing anxiety attacks.
